Costs Management has advised law firms and their clients on costs since 2005 — and has widened from detailed assessment into funding and case management, so the same team can help from the first retainer through to final recovery.
Jason Harvey Osborn founded Costs Management in 2005 as a qualified Costs Lawyer with Higher Rights of Audience and training as a mediator. Before setting up the practice, he was Litigation Group Costs Manager at DLA Piper and worked in the costs team at Hogan Lovells.
That background shapes how the practice works today: institutional clients — international law firms, global commercial organisations and high-value individuals — get costs advice that understands both sides of the table, from the funding decision through to the final bill.
